A comfortable first step
You don't have to explain everything online.
Your first conversation will be with Ericka, our Men's Health Patient Coordinator. For more than five years, she has helped men take the first step in addressing ED concerns. She understands that the call can feel uncomfortable. Her role is to listen, answer initial questions, gather basic information, and help coordinate the appropriate next step.
Ericka is not a medical provider. She does not diagnose medical conditions, determine treatment candidacy, or recommend treatment. If a medical visit is appropriate, she will help schedule your visit with Kelly, our Nurse Practitioner.
What may be contributing?
ED is not always just one issue.
Sexual health can overlap with circulation, hormone levels, medications, metabolic health, sleep, stress, and other factors. Choose the concern closest to what you are experiencing. You do not need to know the cause before making the call.

Not every patient receives the same combination of services. Kelly will determine which evaluations and options, if any, may be medically appropriate after a medical visit.
Hormones and sexual health
Could hormones be part of the picture?
Low testosterone can overlap with reduced libido, fatigue, mood changes, reduced strength, and erectile concerns, but symptoms alone cannot diagnose low testosterone. If a medical visit is appropriate, Kelly can review your symptoms, history, medications, and laboratory testing to determine whether hormone therapy should be considered as part of your plan.

Kelly is a Nurse Practitioner with TRU Integrative Wellness. During your private medical visit, she will review your medical history, symptoms, medications, previous treatment experiences, concerns, and personal goals. Kelly, not the intake coordinator, will determine which evaluations and treatment options, if any, may be medically appropriate.
